Shipping Policy

At Pokee Galore, we take pride in our customers and the service that we proved them. That’s why we go the extra mile to ensure that no corners are cut during the packaging/order fulfillment process. This is to ensure that you receive your order promptly and safely. We ship out orders Monday-Friday. Most orders placed will be fulfilled & shipped with in 1-2 business days domestically & internationally! Please note: international buyers are responsible for paying import taxes/fees associated with delivery. If your order is flagged as risky in any way we will not fulfill that order and it will be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience, however, with fraud being so high these are the actions we have been forced to take. Take note as well that shipping times are approximate, and we have no control over delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once your package is marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible for that package. It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange safe keeping at the time of delivery. Please ensure that if you are in a neighborhood where package theft is a problem to arrange safe keeping of the package once delivered. ANY Additional shipping fees/charges due to incorrect info provided by the customer or the inability for UPS or USPS to deliver a package for any reason is the customers responsibility. If USPS or UPS charges us due to having to return that package to sender due to any reason above. All Fees/charges will be taken out of the refund if a package is returned to sender and customer does not wish to pay to re ship that package. Original shipping charge is non refundable.
